Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?
Just tryed it an hour later still nothin i have restarted my computer. I have refreshed/ exit out and open it and it still hasnt worked.

If you're sure everything was put in right, and the same card works online elsewhere, then it is likely a server problem so I would try again later.
If you cannot get it to work then contact Support at https://support.microsoft.com/help/4051701/glob... or at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus choose Get Help, then Contact Us toward the bottom, then answer Yes you can Sign In, then Select Product: Windows, then tell the Issue, it should offer Messaging and/or a Call Back on week days.
Keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until the case is resolved.

Robux transactions go through xsolla, contact Xsolla using their online form.
Prepaid cards can not be verified (normaly buy taking less than £2 and getting you to confirm amount before they refund it )
I had to send xsolla a picture of my face with card (blacking out some of the long card number !) to get my sons new gohenry card verified.
Their customer service is good and they get back to you fairly quickly, although all via email, no phone number seems available.

Today I tried to purchase robuck but it did not work the money went through but the robucks didn't please anyone can they help me my son is very disappointed 😔
